You think that a meatless dish can’t have enough protein? Today’s recipe will convince you of the opposite. We used high-protein pasta made from legumes. In addition to its excellent nutritional profile, it will also surprise you with delicious taste. It also goes perfectly with both cheese and tomatoes. Ingredients:
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 200 g protein pasta
- 100 g feta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- a handful of fresh basil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- salt to taste

Method:
Put feta and halved tomatoes in a baking dish and drizzle everything with olive oil.
Bake it in an oven preheated to 180 °C for 30 minutes. In the meantime, cook the protein pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packaging. Once pasta is done, rinse it in cold water, but set aside approximately 1–2 cups of the pasta water. Mash the baked feta with tomatoes with a fork and add finely chopped garlic, basil, cooked pasta, ground black pepper and, if necessary, the water in which you cooked the pasta. Finally, mix everything together and serve. This dish tastes the best fresh and still warm.
