Process:
First, prepare the dough. Use a whisk to mix all of the liquid materials in a bowl, and then add the flour, peanut butter, baking powder, and protein. Stir everything together and put the mixture in the silicone muffin forms. Pour the dough only into 3/4 of the form to avoid leaking while baking. Put the cups in the oven and bake at 170 °c for 18 minutes.
While the dough is in the oven, let’s prepare the toppings. Soft cheese, protein, Flavor Drops and almond butter with coconut and white chocolate put in a bowl and mix thoroughly. If the mass is too runny, add one more scoop of protein and mix again. Then let it harden in a fridge.
Take the baked muffins out of the oven, let cool, pour the prepared frosting over it and sprinkle with crushed almonds. We recommend that you store in a refrigerator so that the icing does not melt. Yummy!
Bake your sweet fitness cupcakes and enjoy them without any regrets. Remember that you don’t gain from cakes, you enjoy them! Especially if they are almost sugar-free. If you liked this recipe, please support it with a sharing.
