Verification of Reviews

On our website, you will find user reviews of products that originate from a variety of sources, including verified purchases from our online store. Our goal is to provide you, our customers, with authentic reviews and transparency of their origin as well as the verification process. We have no influence on reviews of our products on Google and social media and cannot verify their authenticity or intent.

Overall rating of the verified purchases

This percentage represents the average rating of the product's quality obtained from all verified reviews, i.e. from customers who purchased the given product in our e-shop through their user account.

The most helpful review

For each reviewed product, we highlight the most valuable positive and negative reviews. These ratings are automatically selected based on the votes of customers who answered the question: "Was this review helpful?" The reviews with the highest number of likes or dislikes are then automatically selected as the most helpful reviews.

Reviews in other countries

These ratings come from customers who rated our products on foreign GymBeam domains, such as gymbeam.de, gymbeam.cz, gymbeam.sk, gymbeam.it, gymbeam.ba, gymbeam.ua, gymbeam.bg, gymbeam.gr, gymbeam.hr, gymbeam.hu, gymbeam.pl, gymbeam.ro, gymbeam.rs, gymbeam.si. They are automatically translated for you from a foreign language into English using the Google Translate tool. You always have the option to "view the original" of the review in the source language. Reviews from other countries are also obtained from both verified and unverified purchasing sources.

Each review goes through an automated review and approval process. In the event of a service outage, the reviews stay pending in the status of "awaiting approval" and the system will evaluate them as soon as possible.

If your review has not been published, it may have violated the user review guidelines. In such cases, you have the opportunity to write your review again and in accordance with the rules. If you believe your review has been rejected unfairly, you can contact our customer support for further assistance.

Reviews are not approved and published if:

• They contain external links, phishing or links to malicious sites,
• They contain URL addresses with tags of intermediaries or affiliate codes,
• They contain misleading or otherwise incorrect information (concerning the price, ingredients or availability of a product that may change over time), factually incorrect information or information the main purpose of which is to promote another company, website or special offer,
• They contain questions or irrelevant information not related to the product,
• They contain hate speech, profanity, harassment, threats, attacks on people, defamation or inflammatory content, violence, fraud, illegal activities and dangerous activities.   

Reviews may contain information to recommend or not recommend the product, they may not contain specific information about the taste, consistency or appearance of the product.

Your product review helps other customers as well as us. Thanks to you, we can constantly improve our products, which is why it is important to make sure that your evaluation is constructive, that is, based on a real experience with the product.
