Delivery

General information on delivery: Orders placed before 14:00 leave the warehouse on the same day and are handed over to the parcel service. Shipping usually takes 2-7 working days. As soon as your package has been handed over to the parcel service, you will receive an email with all delivery details.

DHL Parcel: Your order will be delivered directly to your door. Please make sure that the name or top number provided is clearly visible. As soon as the package has been handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking information so that you can track the status of your order. The shipping company delivers to the following countries: Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

FedEx Your order will be delivered directly to your door. Please make sure that the name or top number provided is clearly visible. As soon as the package has been handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking information so that you can track the status of your order. The shipping company delivers by air to the following countries: Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden.

Payment

Card payment, Google Pay: You can pay for your order with a card that has online payments enabled. This is a convenient and secure method of cashless payment. We currently accept payment cards VISA, VISA Electron, Maestro and MasterCard.

PayPal: PayPal users can easily, quickly and securely pay for an order through PayPal electronic wallet.

Bank transfer: You can also pay for goods via online banking. We'll send the information you need to make an electronic banking payment to your email address. You can make a payment within 3 days of placing your order. Be sure to fill in all necessary data, especially the variable symbol, otherwise the process may be prolonged. We will only send you the goods after your payment has been credited to our account (this usually takes 1-3 business days). Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled after 7 business days.

Complaints

If you're not satisfied with your order, you can file a complaint within 2 years. Simply reach out to us via email at info@gymbeam.com. Please include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos supporting your complaint. Once we’ve reviewed your case, we’ll process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
