We have prepared for you an extraordinary recipe for spinach waffles with smoked salmon which can serve as a perfect breakfast, luxurious brunch, light lunch, or as a quick dinner. Just an incredibly tasty meal with great nutritional values which is easy to prepare! Let’s try it out!
Ingredients:
- 100 g rice flour
- 100 g coconut flour
- 100 g fresh spinach
- 30 g grated cheese – Grana Padano
- 3 eggs
- 3 garlic cloves
- olive oil spray
Ingredients for the topping:
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 120 g light cream cheese
- vegetables to your taste (cherry tomatoes, lettuce, carrot, herbs)

Directions:
Mix both types of flour, eggs and cheese together to a firm consistency. Meanwhile, sauté spinach with finely chopped garlic in a pan and then add the mixture to the flour. Season the dough with salt and black pepper. Preheat the waffle maker and spray it with olive oil, then pour the dough on it and cook the waffles until golden brown. Once your waffles are cooked, garnish them with salmon, vegetables, cream cheese and serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!
