Dough ingredients:
- 70 g peanut butter
- 70 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 50 g vanilla protein Just Whey
- 30 g coconut oil
- 1 egg
- 1 – 2 tablespoon honey
- 3 – 4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon dried orange peel

Method:
So we firstly prepare dough for cookies. Whisk the egg, peanut butter, coconut oil and honey in a bowl, using a blender. Whisk it all together until you get smooth and lump-free substance. Take another bowl, mix the flour and baking powder, sift it and add to the whisked ingredients. Then add the protein, cinnamon, dried orange peel and knead the dough. If the dough is too sticky, add some flour. On the other hand, if the dough is too dry, add some coconut oil and let the dough rest.
While the dough is resting, preheat the oven to 170°C and put the baking paper on the small baking sheet. Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces, shape them to the balls. Place all the balls on a baking sheet and press them into the shape of cookies, using the palm of your hand or a bottom of the glass. Put baking sheet with the cookies in the preheated oven and bake about 10 to 13 minutes. Meanwhile, crack the chocolate into smaller pieces and let it melt using the water bath method. After baking the cookies, decorate them with the melted chocolate. Bon appetit!
