Ingredients for the patties:
- 240 g chickpeas (1 tin)
- 50 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- 20 g almonds
- 20 g breadcrumbs
- 1 clove of garlic
- ½ small red onion
- 1 handful of fresh herbs (parsley/basil/thyme)
- Himalayan salt
- ground black pepper
- olive oil spray

Directions:
Rinse and drain the canned chickpeas. Mix it together with sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, onion, fresh herbs and almonds until smooth. Season the mixture for burger patties with salt, pepper to your taste and, if necessary, thicken with breadcrumbs – the mixture should not be sticky and should be handled well. Gently form 4 thicker patties with your hands and fry them until golden in olive oil. Serve burger patties still warm in a bun with your favourite vegetables and dressing or calorie-free sauce to your taste.
