- 400 ml canned coconut milk
- 200 g Protein Ice Cream Mix
- 200 g pitted dates
- 120 g Instant Oats
- 70 ml water

Directions:
Mix oats, dates or date paste, water together and blend until you get a smooth, uniform dough. Add the prepared dough into a cake tin (we used a tin with a diameter of 26 cm) and press it evenly into the bottom. Then mix the ice cream mix with coconut milk and pour this mass on the date base and spread it evenly. Put the cake in the freezer for a few hours, then garnish to your taste with fresh fruit or calorie-free sauce and serve!
