Ingredients for a dough:
- 40 g oatmeal flour or blended flakes
- 40 g of cocoa

- 2 eggs
- 100 ml of water
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder

Method:
Mix all the dry ingredients, namely oatmeal, powdered peanut butter, cocoa, protein, xylite and baking powder. Mix the bananas together with the water and the egg with a stick mixer and mix to dry mixture. Finally, mix in the slices of dark chocolate into the dough. Pour the dough onto a 20 x 20 cm baking pan, which is pre-coated with baking paper.
Dilute the peanut butter with water to give a dough smooth and liquid consistency. Pour the treated peanut butter into the top of the dough and mix gently with the opposite end of the spoon to achieve a marble effect. Bake brownies at 180 ° C for approximately 20 – 25 minutes.
