Directions:
Thaw the frozen spinach in a pot on the stove. Then mix it with flour, egg, garlic, salt and milk. The dough for pancakes should be smooth and a little thicker than the one for classic pancakes. You can adjust the consistency with milk or flour. Fry pancakes in a pan sprayed with olive oil on each side for about a minute. Meanwhile, mix ricotta with chopped dill and ground black pepper.
