- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Ingredients for cream and decoration:
- 3 tablespoons of white yoghurt
- 1 thermized cheese
- ½ teaspoon of agar
- canned sour cherries

Preparation:
Push the banana with a fork and add egg yolk, maple syrup, cottage, nut butter Hazelnut Spread, cocoa and coconut oil. Blend the ingredients into a smooth mixture to which sieved flour and nuts are added. Gradually lightly mix the whipped egg whites into the mixture. Pour the dough into a 17 cm diameter baking form and bake for approximately 35 minutes at 170° C.
Cook 5 tablespoons of canned sour cherries with chocolate and agar. Fill the baked corpus with the cooled mixture. Whisk the yoghurt and the cheese to make a cream and put it on the top of the tart. Leave to solidify in the refrigerator and finally decorate with calorie-free syrup.
Crumpets with nuts
Ingredients:
- 30 g para nuts
- half of the ripe banana
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoon of almond butter
- 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
Preparation:
Blend the mixed para nuts, banana, egg, almond butter and maple syrup. Spray coconut oil into the pan and bake the pancakes from the prepared mixture. Serve garnished with fruit and poured with calorie-free syrup in your favourite flavour.
No-bake hazelnut tart
Ingredients for dough:
- 35 g ground hazelnuts
- 30 g almond butter
- 15 g oat flakes
- 2 tablespoons of agar
- 2 teaspoon of agave syrup
- 1,5 teaspoons of raw cocoa
Ingredients for cream:
- 250 g of curd
- 70 g thermized cheese
- 4 tablespoons of agar
- 2 teaspoons of agave syrup
- 15 drops of flavor drops

Preparation:
First, prepare agar. Stir two teaspoons of powdered agar in water and cook until solid. Use two tablespoons of agar in the dough, leave the rest for cream.

Ingredients:
- 20 g quinoa flakes
- 20 g spelled flakes

- 20 g para nuts
- 1 apple

- ½ teaspoon of gingerbread spice
Preparation:
Mix dry ingredients – flakes, nuts, spices and then mix them. Wash the apple, grate it and add to the dry mixture. Add whole egg, almond butter maple syrup and mix everything to make a dough. Make round biscuits from the dough by hands and place them on a baking tray. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 170 ° C. Cookies should be beautifully golden after baking.

Ingredients for dough:
- 180 g cottage
- 1 ripe banana
- 40 g nut protein
- 20 g coconut or spelled flour

- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder

Preparation:
Mix the cottage with banana and gradually add chopped para nuts and egg. Sift flour, add protein and baking powder into the prepared mixture. Mix everything thoroughly. Fill the cupcakes for muffins with the dough created. Bake at 170 ° C for 25-30 minutes.
