If you thought that you could only eat pancakes by being surrounded by remorse from many calories and carbohydrates, you were wrong. If you haven’t had any remorse but would like to at least try the taste of health in the pancakes, read on.
There is no simpler recipe for pancakes and not at all for healthy pancakes. So even the less skilled in the kitchen will be able to claim that they can prepare not only tea, sausages and tuna (canned), but also pancakes.
Even banana pancakes which will give you 256 calories, 16 grams of protein, 24 grams of carbohydrates and 5 grams of fiber. Did we convince you? Still nothing? If we tell you that you only need 2 ingredients for it, there is no need to convince you anymore.
For banana pancakes we need:
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- Other (according to your own taste, such as cinnamon, fruits such as raspberries, blueberries, or other berries)
Note: Of course, use more bananas and eggs for a larger portion, preferably 1: 2

Instructions:
- Blend the banana and eggs together. If you want to flavor the dough and add flavor, add cinnamon.
- Spray the heated pan with a little coconut oil and bake the pancakes from each side until golden.
