Baked pasta with tomato sauce, tons of protein and no meat! What else do we need? But in case you still hesitate, you should know that even a person with no cooking skills will manage to prepare this easy and quick recipe. A traditional Italian delicacy in fitness version with a high amount of protein, compared to normal pasta. You simply cannot resist, can you?
Ingredients:
- 400 g sliced canned tomatoes
- 250 g protein pasta
- 250 g strained tomatoes
- 250 g ricotta
- 120 g mozzarella
- 100 g baby spinach
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- salt, ground pepper and sugar to taste

Directions:
Chop the onion finely and fry it in olive oil until translucent. Then add garlic, and fry it briefly. Add strained tomatoes, sliced tomatoes and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes. Add ricotta, baby spinach, dried herbs and cook briefly again. Finally, season the sauce with salt, pepper and sugar. Cook the pasta according to the instructions, strain it, mix it with the prepared sauce and put it into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the pasta with grated mozzarella and Parmesan and bake it in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 20 minutes until golden. Serve the pasta still warm. Bon appétit!
