We’ve prepared a healthy recipe for coffee tiramisu with delicate curd and fresh fruit. This fantastic delicacy contains xylitol which has 40 % fewer calories than sugar. It will not only surprise you with taste but also with a high protein dose. Let’s dive right into it!
Ingredients:
- 500 g soft curd
- 250 ml strong coffee
- 250 g berries (blueberries, raspberries, currants…)
- 200 g ladyfingers
- 100 g xylitol
- 50 ml water
- 2 eggs
- cocoa to sprinkle on top

Directions:
Make a strong coffee and let it cool completely. Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Whip the egg whites until solid and the egg yolks into the pale foam. Subsequently, pasteurize the eggs. Mix xylitol with water and heat up on the stove until there are tiny bubbles at the edge. Add half of this hot syrup to the egg whites, the remaining half to the egg yolks and beat both mixtures with the blander. Also, add curd to the yolk mixture. The cream is supposed to be smooth. Finally, gently mix the whipped egg whites into the cream with a wooden spoon. Now it’s time to create tiramisu itself. Soak the ladyfingers in the coffee properly and place them close to each other in a baking tin. Layer part of the cream on the ladyfingers and add some fruit. Repeat this process until you get rid of all the ingredients. Sprinkle the top of the tiramisu with cocoa. Then let it solidify in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Then serve and enjoy its great taste!
