Crispy granola, which you can prepare with the ingredients you like! Homemade granola is so quick and easy to prepare that it will definitely become your traditional breakfast. In addition, thanks to the combination of nuts, chocolate and honey, you will fall in love with its taste. Let’s cook!
Ingredients:
- 3 cups of oat flakes
- ¾ cup of raw almonds
- ¾ cup of hazelnuts
- ½ a cup of coconut oil
- ½ a cup of honey
- 1 handful of Belgian chocolate
- ½ tsp of cinnamon
- ½ tea spoon of salt

Directions:
First, melt the coconut oil in the microwave or over boiling water. Then pour it into a large bowl, add honey, cinnamon, salt and mix everything well. Then add oat flakes and nuts. Stir until everything is lightly coated. Then spread granola evenly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 150 ℃ and for about 20 minutes. After 10 minutes, stir it and bake for 10 more minutes. Bake granola until golden and remove from oven.
If you want to make granola with lots of clumps, just press it down gently on the baking sheet and let cool. Remove granola from oven, sprinkle it with chocolate, which melts easily because of the temperature. If you do not want the chocolate to melt, add it only when the granola is cooled. Store home-made granola in an airtight container and enjoy it with milk, yoghurt or your favourite breakfast porridge!
