Do you like soft chocolate desserts that literally melt on your tongue? If so, you have to try our chocolate brownies. We also added bananas to the dough to create the ideal consistency and add a sweet taste. Of course, we didn’t forget about protein. The pieces of chocolate on the surface are just a cherry on top, which bring the brownies to perfection.
Ingredients:
- 200 g ripe bananas (about 2 pieces)
- 90 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 60 ml skimmed milk
- 50 g xylitol
- 50 g chocolate protein
- 40 g dark chocolate / chocolate chips to sprinkle on top
- 40 g rapeseed oil
- 20 g cocoa
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Start by mashing the bananas into a mushy consistency in a large bowl. Then add eggs, oil, and milk and combine thoroughly. Add sifted flour, cocoa, baking powder, protein and xylitol to the liquid mixture and mix again. Prepare a small baking sheet (21 × 21 cm), line it with baking paper and pour the dough evenly. Sprinkle chocolate pieces or chocolate chips on top.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 °C and bake for about 25 minutes. Before slicing, let the brownies cool down.
