In today’s recipe, we will delight all lovers of healthy and less calorie-dense goodies. Quinoa with egg whites and protein form the basis of this delicious slice. This makes our recipe full of protein. And of course, blueberries will create the most tempting layer of this dessert. Then all you have to do is crumble the biscuit on top and enjoy the dessert as it sets in the fridge. Tastes best on hot summer days.
Ingredients for the first layer:
- 160 ml liquid egg whites
- 150 g quinoa
- 50 g protein with blueberry flavour yoghurt
- 5 ml flavor drops (can be replaced with stevia or other sweetener to taste)

- 100 g blueberries
- 5 ml flavor drops (can be replaced with stevia or other sweetener to taste)
- 2 teaspoons agar
- 1 MoiMüv Protein Cookie in blueberry and white chocolate flavour

Method:
First, start preparing the quinoa. Mix it with water (3 parts water to one part quinoa), which means that 150 g of quinoa is cooked in 450 ml of water. Once it is ready and slightly cooled, mix it with the liquid egg whites and sweetener. Then add the protein and stir to combine. Next, prepare a small baking tray or baking dish and spray it with oil spray or line it with baking paper. Pour the mixture into it, place it in an oven preheated to 180 °C and bake for about 45-50 minutes.
Then start preparing the second layer. Add 300 ml of water, the blueberries, flavor drops in a small saucepan and bring together to the boil. Next, add agar to the mixture and stir well for about 2 minutes. Pour the resulting mixture onto the baked slice. Finally, top with the MoiMüv Protein Cookie (crumble it before sprinkling). Then just put the slice in the fridge to set nicely. In a few hours you can enjoy its refreshing protein delicacy.
