Ingredients:
- 250 ml sparkling water
- 100 ml of orange juice
- 1 scoop (approx. 8 g) orange-flavoured BCAA
Method:
Mix the BCAAs with chilled sparkling water and orange juice. The mixture may start to foam, so be careful. Then all you have to do is stir it up and it’s ready to be served.

Mojito
Ingredients:
- 250 ml sparkling mineral water
- 6-10 fresh mint leaves
- 1 lime
- 1 tbsp xylitol
- ice
Method:
Prepare a glass and put mint and xylitol in it. Then cut the lime into 4 pieces, lightly squeeze the juice out of it into the glass and then put the pieces in there as well. Then add ice, sparkling water, stir it up and it’s ready to go.

Ingredients:
- 100 g green apple
- 100 g orange
- 100 g red grapes
- 15 g coconut sugar
- lemon juice
- 300 ml cranberry juice
- 150 ml orange juice
- 150 ml sparkling water
Method:
Cut the apple, orange and grapes into smaller pieces and put them in a jug. Add coconut sugar, lemon juice, cranberry juice, orange juice and sparkling water. Mix everything together and let the sangria cool in the refrigerator before serving.
