In today’s recipe, we will please the taste buds of all lovers of spreads. This time, however, we will leave the mayonnaise in the fridge and try a slightly different, less fatty version. The base will be low-fat Greek yogurt, eggs and tuna – the perfect mix thanks to which the spread is especially rich in protein.
Ingredients:
- 240 g (2 packs) tuna in brine
- 100 g Greek yogurt with 0.5% fat
- 3 eggs
- 1 small onion
- 1 teaspoon (10 g) Creole mustard
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Method:
Put water in a small pot, put the eggs in it and boil until hard. This will take approximately 10 minutes (depending on the size of the eggs). In the meantime, finely chop the onion and drain the juice from the tuna. Once the eggs are done, cool them, peel, put in a bowl and use a fork to mash them. Then add all the other ingredients to the mix – chopped onion, tuna, Greek yogurt, Creole mustard, salt and pepper.
Mix everything thoroughly, this will create a smooth spread. To make the mixture pleasing to the eye, you can decorate it with fresh herbs and it’s ready to be serves.
