Its preparation is so easy that truly anyone will be able to make it. Pamper your loved one with this irresistibly tasty pink delicacy.
Ingredients for the dough:
- 140 g para nuts
- 80 g oat flour
- 80 g 100 % peanut butter
- 80 g almonds without pits soaked in water
- 40 g cocoa powder
Ingredients for coating the dough:
- 50 g 100 % peanut butter
Ingredients for the frosting:
- 400 g chopped cashew nuts
- 160 g raw beetroot
- 100 g Vegan Blend protein
- 40 ml maple syrup or agave syrup
- pinch of Himalayan salt

Instructions:
A day before the cake preparation, soak the almonds without pits into water so they are soaked fully in it and let them rest overnight. Thanks to that, almonds will be soft and their further processing will be much easier. Now, you can prepare a dough. In a mixer, blend all the ingredients needed for the corpus, until forming a thick and consistent mixture. Prepare a baking pan with diameter of 18 cm, place the dough on the bottom of it and smooth it out. Then spread the peanut butter over the prepared corpus. Place the baking pan aside and now you can start preparing the frosting.
Cut the beetroot into smaller pieces and put them into a mixer. Add the chopped cashew nuts, protein and maple or agave syrup. Then blend all the ingredients together, until forming a smooth and creamy mixture. Pour the mixture onto the baking pan, smooth it out and let it rest into the fridge for at least 2 hours, so that the cake can stiffen properly. Take it out from the fridge at least 20 minutes before serving. You can decorate the cake with strawberries or other fresh fruit. Enjoy!
