C4 Ripped is a comprehensive pre-workout blend that will bring new energy to your workout. Carnosyn® Beta-Alanine is the substance from which carnosine is formed in the body. Another substance contained is L-citrulline, which is converted to L-arginine in the body. Recommended use

Mix one serving (6.4 g) of C4® Ripped with 180 ml of water 20-30 minutes before training.
