Pure IsoWhey is a whey protein isolate of the highest quality, which, depending on the flavour, boasts up to 86% of protein content with a high biological value. Another great benefit of the contained proteins is their favourable amino acid spectrum. This includes a naturally high content of BCAAs, headed by leucine. The latter is one of the most important amino acids related to muscle growth. It is because it activates the signal protein called mTOR (mammalian target of rapamycin), which is, among other things, involved in cell growth. This amino acid therefore triggers the process of muscle protein synthesis (MPS). Leucine is thus considered to be an amino acid with the highest anabolic potential.
