Fried lángos with a huge portion of cheese is simply perfect during summer, but we probably all suspect that it is not the healthiest choice. That is why we’ve prepared a little surprise for you in the form of a fitness version of lángos, which is not fried, but baked, and moreover it is enriched with protein. What do you say to that? Let’s get cooking!
Ingredients:
- 200 ml of water
- 180 g of fine wholemeal flour (spelt/ wheat)
- 30 g of unflavoured True Whey protein
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- olive oil spray
- calorie-free ketchup

Directions:
Start preparing the dough by mixing the flour with the baking powder, and then add water, protein, olive oil and salt. Mix everything thoroughly together until a uniform dough. Divide the prepared dough using a spoon onto a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Spray the top of the lángos with oil spray, to make it more crunchy. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes at 170 ℃ until golden brown. Then smear the calorie-free ketchup, sprinkle with your favourite cheese and serve!
