We came up with a brilliant idea and created pancakes of our nutritious buckwheat porridge using only healthy ingredients. In addition, this recipe is also vegan-friendly. You must try it!
Ingredients:
- 130 ml almond milk
- 120 g ripe banana
- 70 g instant buckwheat porridge in coconut & cocoa flavour
- 10 g ground flax seeds
- 1 tbsp apple vinegar
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- a pinch of Himalayan salt

- 100 g berries of your choice
- calorie-free Pancake Syrup

Directions:
Mash the banana with a fork, add the milk and mix well. Then add porridge, seeds, vinegar, soda, cinnamon and salt and mix until all the ingredients are well combined. You should get a uniform, dense mixture. Spray the pancake pan with coconut oil, and use a spoon to form small pancakes. Bake until golden brown from both sides. Finally, garnish with fruit, add the calorie-free syrup and serve! Bon appétit!
