Try this delightful savoury pie with ham and vegetables for dinner, lunch or as a quick snack. It tastes great even when cold! Don’t hesitate!
Ingredients:
- chilled puff pastry sheets
- 200 g turkey ham
- 150 g colourful cherry tomatoes
- 100 g baby spinach
- 50 g olives
- 4 eggs
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- olive oil spray

Directions:
Grease the round baking tin with oil spray. Place the puff pastry in it, press it to the bottom, and create thicker edges. Put it in the oven and bake for 10 minutes at 180 ℃. Meanwhile, mix eggs, spinach, chopped tomatoes, ham, and olives in a bowl. Finally, season the whole mixture with salt and black pepper. Then pour the mixture onto the baked pastry and bake the savoury pie for 180 ℃ (about 25 – 35 minutes) until golden.
