Method:
In a saucepot, heat honey, milk, and ghee together. Mix thoroughly to combine everything. Meanwhile, toast the oat flakes in a pan together with the chopped almonds, walnuts and pumpkin seeds. Toast until you just begin to smell nuts. Then mix the dry ingredients with the heated liquid ingredients. Sprinkle with dried fruit cut into smaller pieces. After thoroughly mixing everything, turn off the cooker and let it cool for 10 minutes.
After that, using a tablespoon, form the mixture into round cookies. Put them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. You should get 17 pieces from the mixture.
Bake Moroccan cookies for 20 minutes at 180 °C until golden. Let them cool at least partially. Next, melt the chocolate and coconut oil (either in the microwave or in a water bath) and dip the bottom of the Moroccan cookies into this glaze. Place the cookies back on the baking paper to harden. The Moroccan cookies should then be refrigerated to last longer. However, considering how delicious they are, you will most likely eat them right away.
