We guarantee that the combination of apple, poppy seed and cinnamon will make your taste buds dance. And if you garnish it with peanut butter, you’ll get a perfect dish.
Ingredients:
- 250 ml low fat milk
- 70 g quinoa
- 30 g chocolate protein
- 1 small grated apple
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Method:
First, rinse the quinoa in a colander under running water. Then put it in a smaller pot or pan and cook it with the milk. Once the quinoa is almost soft, add the cinnamon, poppy seeds, protein and stir.
Finally, add the grated apple and heat everything together for a short time.
Then just spoon the porridge into your favourite bowl and garnish to taste.
Our tip: The porridge will be even better if you top it with apple slices and a fair spoonful of peanut butter. If you want to make it taste even more like a strudel, you can add raisins and walnuts or pecans.
