Brownies with melting chocolate is a classic recipe that almost every chocoholic has tried. But today, we decided to prepare this famous dessert a little differently. Banana will be the main ingredient. It is rich in fibre and also add a delightfully sweet flavour. As a result, there is no need to use any additional sugar. No words are needed. The combination of aromatic fruit, crunchy peanut butter, and cocoa flavour is just heaven in your mouth.
Ingredients for the dough:
- 480 g ripe bananas
- 400 g einkorn wheat (can be replaced by classic wheat flour)
- 400 ml water
- 150 g crunchy peanut butter
- 80 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

- 100 g MoiMüv protein spread
- 20 g cocoa beans

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 180 °C and start preparing the dough.
First, mix all the dry ingredients in the bowl, namely flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda. Next, add mashed ripe bananas, water, peanut butter, and apple cider vinegar. Mix everything until you get a creamy dough. Then place the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and put it in the oven. Bake at 180 °C for about 30 minutes.
After baking, remove the baking sheet from the oven. Let the brownies cool down a bit and smear them with MoiMüv protein spread while still warm. Sprinkle the top with cruched cocoa beans.
Our tip: Lyophilized fruit or crushed nuts taste just as good on top. You can choose whatever you like.
