Ingredients:

  • 500 g soft curd
  • 400 ml milk
  • 100 g sponge biscuits
  • 100 g coconut sugar
  • 1 pack chocolate pudding powder
  • 1 big banana
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 1 scoop Just Whey protein in chocolate flavour
  • 15 g cocoa
  • 5 g agar

Directions:

Mix milk with sugar, sieved cocoa, protein, agar, and pudding powder in the shaker. Then cook this cream until thick, remove it from the heat, and add curd immediately. Lay sponge biscuits on the bottom of the cake tin, then banana slices and layer half of the cream on top. Lay the remaining biscuits, raspberries and the remaining half of the cream on top. Smooth the cake out and let it solidify in the refrigerator, ideally overnight. On the next day, cut it and serve!
