Ingredients:
- 250 g apricots
1 cup* of liquid egg whites
- 1 cup water
3/4 cup coconut flour
3/4 cup xylitol
3 tbsp True Whey protein with vanilla flavor
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
*1 cup has a volume of 250 ml

Directions:
First, mix flour, xylitol, baking powder and protein, then add egg whites, water and oil. Mix the mixture well with a whisk until a uniformdough is formed, which we then pour into a baking form (we used a form measuring 23×23 cm) lined with baking paper.
Then place washed, pitted and finely chopped apricots on the dough. Gently push them into the dough and bake the cake for 40-45 minutes at 170 ℃. Done! Bon appetite.
