Method:
Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Pour in the milk and work into a firm and non-sticky dough by hand. If you have time, you can leave it in the fridge for a few minutes. Then form it into a ball and shape it into a thin circle using a lightly floured rolling pin or your hands. Its diameter should be no larger than the pan in which the dough is to be baked. Then dry-fry the pizza base on one side in a larger pan until it begins to puff up. Do not turn the dough and instead remove the pan from the stove. Brush the base with ketchup and spread the sliced olives and tomatoes on top. Finally, top the pizza with grated mozzarella and sprinkle with dried basil.
Next, you need to bake it. If you have a pan suitable for the oven, it is all the easier. Otherwise, the pizza needs to be transferred to a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake the almost finished pizza in the oven at 220 °C for about 5-10 minutes. Once the mozzarella has spread nicely over the surface of the pizza, you are done. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before digging in. It gives the pizza that genuine taste of Italy.
