Preparation:

We prepare apple mash the way that we mix the cut apples and cook them. Leave the apple mash to cool down and then mix almonds and coconut flour, baking soda, gingerbread spices, cashew butter, and egg yolks into it. We make the smooth pastry out of mixture. We mix the egg whites into snow which we put into pastry. Give into forms of muffins the prepared mass. Then we bake muffins for 15 minutes in 180°C oven. We serve muffins decorated with low calorie syrup. Good appetite!
