Directions:

Mix yoghurt with honey, lime juice and vanilla extract. Line the baking sheet with baking paper, pour the yoghurt mixture on it and spread it evenly. Sprinkle with nuts, granola, fruit and let it freeze in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Then cut the frozen yoghurt into small, uneven pieces and serve!
