Here’s a recipe for a gluten-free bread which is full of protein and enriched with fiber. It has a low carbohydrate content and an amazingly soft taste! Sounds like a dream to you? Ingredients for the dough:
- 200 g peanut flour
- 200 g coconut flour
- 100 g hempseed flour
- 1 l sugar-free almond milk
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 20 g chia seeds
- 10 g psyllium
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp Himalayan salt

Directions:
Mix all types of flour, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, psyllium, baking powder, salt in a large bowl and then add milk and vinegar. Mix everything well together in order to create a uniform dough and let it rest for 5-10 minutes. Prepare a bread pan and spray it with oil spray or line it with baking paper instead. Put the dough in a baking pan and bake it at 180 ℃, for about 70 minutes. When the bread is ready, take it out of the oven and cut it into 20 equal slices. Enjoy it coated with cashew butter and garnished with banana! Bon appétit!
