What do we need for its preparation
- 2 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of chocolate peanut butter Nuts & Whey
- 1 and 1/2 cup of spelt flour (smooth)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- pinch of cinnamon
- 6 to 7 tablespoons of soy mils (as needed)
- 50 grams of chopped almonds
- frozen fruit

Method of preparation:
- Mash the bananas, add eggs and whip to create stiff foam
- Add honey and chocolate peanut butter Nuts & Whey. Stir again.
- Sprinkle flour with baking powder and mix into a liquid mixture.
- Add milk as needed and chopped almonds at the end.
- Fill the muffin baskets with a mass (about up to ⅔) and pour the frozen fruit on top.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in an oven preheated to 170°C.
