You don’t need a lot of ingredients, plenty of time, nor an oven to prepare the perfect dessert! We are bringing a great recipe for home-made no-bake Snickers bars. Moreover, we used healthier ingredients for their preparation which means they do not lack a proper dose of protein. Enjoy their great taste without refined sugar and gluten. Ingredients for the first layer:
- 170 ml oat milk
- 120 g walnut flour
- 120 ml agave syrup
- 90 g coconut flour
Ingredients for the second layer:
- 240 g salted caramel protein peanut butter
- 120 ml agave syrup
- 120 g coconut oil
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 40 g nuts

Directions:
Prepare a bread pan and line it with baking paper. Prepare the first layer in a large bowl. Add milk, walnut flour, coconut flour, agave syrup and mix until you get a smooth mixture. Pour it on to the bottom of the pan and press it evenly. Start the preparation of the second layer by melting the coconut oil. Mix it with peanut butter and agave syrup. When all the ingredients are mixed together well, pour the mixture onto the first layer. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and put in the fridge for a few hours. Then take the dessert out of the pan and cut it into 12 equal bars. Melt the chocolate and decorate each bar with of teaspoon of it. Put the Snickers bars back to the fridge, so that the chocolate hardens well. Then just serve and enjoy!
