Blueberry Mojito
Ingredients:
- 80 g blueberries
- 10 mint leaves
- lime juice (½ lime =10 ml)
- Flavor drops in blueberry flavour
- sparkling water
Directions:
First, crush the blueberries with mint in a glass. Then add the lime juice and a few drops of Flavor drops to taste. Then fill with ice, top up with soda and mix well. Garnish the drink with blueberries, mint leaves, lime and enjoy!
Watermelon Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Sugar Baby watermelon
- lemon juice from 2 lemons
- orange juice from 1 orange
- 1 tsp xylitol
- mint (optional)

Directions:
First of all, cut, or blend the watermelon and pour it through a sieve. Then add lemon and orange juice, xylitol and mix it well together. Serve the drink chilled or with some ice cubes. Yummy!
Matcha Affogato
Ingredients:
- 100 g protein ice cream in vanilla flavour (or any other store-bought healthier ice cream)
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 200 ml hot water (not boiling)
Directions:
Prepare the ice cream according to the instructions, or use the one from the shop. Mix matcha powder with hot water thoroughly in a bowl. Just before serving, fill the grass with ice cream and add the matcha drink. Enjoy its great taste!
