Ingredients for the base:
- 300 g dates
- 240 g crushed Oreo biscuits
- 200 g instant oats
- 100 ml water
- 50 g Flavour Powder in chocolate & choco chips flavour
Ingredients for the first cream:
- 600 g thick part of coconut milk
- 150 g Just Whey protein in white chocolate flavour
Ingredients for the second cream:
- 100 g Oreo biscuits
- 100 ml liquid part of coconut milk
- 90 g Fitcheat chocolate
- 60 g crushed Oreo biscuits
- 30 g coconut oil

Directions:
Mix dates or date paste with crushed biscuits, oats, water, Flavour Powder and mix well into a uniform mass. Then pour it into the baking tin and spread and press the biscuit mixture firmly over the base and side of the tin. Prepare the second layer by mixing the thick part of coconut milk with protein. Then pour it onto the biscuit base. Put the cake in the freezer for one hour so that both layers solidify. Then prepare the third layer. Melt the chocolate with coconut milk and oil, and you can add a bit of Flavour powder. Pour the mixture over the cake, garnish with whole and crushed biscuits, and let it solidify in the fridge. Then cut it, serve, and enjoy!
