If you do breakfast, then only tasty and nutritionally balanced food. At least we try to follow this rule, so we add a quick plum mug cake to our collection of breakfast recipes. It has a perfect delicate taste that will go well with morning coffee or tea! We can’t wait for that breakfast!
Ingredients:
1.5 cup of wholemeal spelt flour
- 1.5 cup of water
1 cup of True Whey protein powder (vanilla, chocolate or flavorless)
- 200 g of plums
1/2 cup of xylitol
2 tbsp of Proteinela
2 tbsp of coconut oil
1 tbsp of vanilla flavor drops
a pinch of cinnamon
proteinela mixed with milk as frosting (optional)
*1 cup has a volume of 250 ml

Directions:
First, we mix all powder ingredients in a bowl – flour, baking powder, protein, xylitol and cinnamon. Stir properly and add liquid ingredients – water, proteinela, oil, flavor drops. Mix the dough well with a whisk and pour it into a baking form (we used 30 x 18 cm) lined with baking paper or sprayed with cooking spray. Then place washed, pitted and sliced plums on the dough, which we gently press into the dough. Bake the cake for 30 minutes at 175 ℃ and then for another 10 minutes at 150 ℃. Finally, we can use proteinela mixed with milk as a frosting. Bon appetite!
