To prepare the dough we need:
- 70-100 ml of milk
60 g of spelt wholemeal flour
15 g of Just Whey protein with vanilla flavour
any sweetener depending on your taste

Process:
First of all, we mix the flour with protein and any sweetener. Subsequently, we gradually add milk until we have the consistency of thicker pancake dough. Pour the dough into a decorating gun or a decorating bag, and form mini pancakes on a heated pan sprayed with oil. We fry the mini pancakes until golden, and they are ready! Serve them with fresh fruit drizzled with milk, or sweeten with agave syrup. Yummy!
