That’s why we always reach for this easy-to-digest protein rice porridge which satiates just enough. On top of that, it helps to protect the muscles before the upcoming load. It’s just an ideal pre-workout snack!
Ingredients:
- 200 ml water
- 50 g rice porridge
- 15 g Just Whey protein in vanilla flavour
- ½ of banana
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- sweetener of your choice (flavor drops, honey, agave..)

Directions:
Mix rice porridge with protein and add 200 ml of hot water. Mix the porridge thoroughly, sweeten to taste, garnish with banana, cinnamon, hemp seeds and serve.
