Quinoa Mexico salad
Ingredients:
60 g of quinoa
- 75 g of canned red beans
- 75 g of fresh tomatoes
- 50 g of canned sweet corn
- half a fist of fresh coriander
15-20 g of sweet chilli sauce
5 g of an extra virgin olive oil
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation:
Cook the Quinoa according to the instructions until soft. Mix it with beans, corn, finely chopped tomatoes, coriander, and season it as you wish with chili sauce, olive oil, salt, and ground black pepper. The salad is ready to go!
