- 160 ml water

- 100 g grated coconut
- 100 g pistachio butter

Directions:
Mix dates or date paste, water, protein, coconut, pistachio butter and flour together until you get a uniform dense mixture. Then create 40 bonbons of any shape from the mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Then put them in the freezer for a few hours. In the meantime, prepare the coating. Melt the chocolate with coconut oil in a water bath and stir until the ingredients are nicely combined. Now start dipping the frozen bonbons into chocolate coating, then coat them with the chopped pistachios. Now is the time to enjoy this delicacy!
