Ingredients:
- 150 g of zucchini
- 140 g of wholemeal spelt flour
- 50 ml water (or according to consistency)
- 1 egg
- 50 g of chocolate
- 30 g of coconut sugar
- 30 g of honey/maple syrup
- 30 g of coconut oil
- 15 g of cocoa
- 2 tsp of baking powder

Preparation:
First of all, finely grate the zucchini and its skin, add the egg, liquid coconut oil, honey and mix it. Then add dry ingredients as flour, sifted cocoa, coconut sugar and baking powder. Stir again and add more water to the dough to have a more fluid consistency. Finally, mix the chopped chocolate into the dough.
Pour the dough into a smaller plate (we used 20×20 cm) with baking paper and bake the brownie for about 25 minutes at 180 ° C. After baking, let it cool, cut and enjoy!
