Ingredients:
- 150 g ground oatmeal
- 50 g nut butter – cashew, almond or peanut butter
- 50 g soya protein in chocolate flavour
- 3 ripe, medium sized bananas (approx. 300 g) + 1 banana for decoration (approx. 125 g)
- 15 g cocoa
- 2 PL chia seeds (20 g) + 6 table spoons of water
- 1 + ½ scoops of Erythritol
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- ½ teaspoon of bicarbonate soda
- pinch of salt
- to taste: vanilla flavour, cinnamon, cocoa beans, nuts or dried fruit

Procedure:
First of all, prepare the “chia egg”. Grind the chia seeds, add six tablespoons of water and leave to stand for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 165 ° C. Mix together all loose ingredients in a large bowl. In another bowl, mix bananas or push them with a fork, add nut butter and the already prepared “chia egg”. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and pour the liquid dough to dry ingredients.
Mix the mixture and add nuts, cocoa beans or dried fruit. Pour the dough into a paper-lined mould for Bishop’s bread. Place a sliced banana on top of the dough and bake for about 50 minutes. When the bread has cooled, serve with a sweet delicacy Jammy Spread or nut butter. Bon appetite!
