Frozen fitness recipe: Curd-banana popsicles with peanut butter

We don’t know any better recipe for warm sunny days as frozen popsicles. The good news is that you don’t have to buy them in store. We prepared fitness recipe for homemade popsicles of the best ingredients. They are based on curd, banana and powdered peanut butter, alternatively sweeting. 15 minutes of preparation, few hours in the freezer and refreshing delicacy is made.

Ingredients: 

  • 250 g of gentle curd
  • 1 ripe banana (120 g)
  • 20 g of dark chocolate
  • 15 g of peanut butter in powder
  • sweeting according preferences

Preparation method:

Mix curd with peanut butter and banana into smooth mash. According to preferences, sweet the mixture and pour it into the popsicle forms. Put the popsicles into freezer for a few hours. Before consuming, you can decorate them with melted dark chocolate. Yum.
