Ginger Shot – a drink intended for everyone to take care of their overall health and vitality
Ginger Shot is a highly concentrated drink intended for all people who want to take care of their immunity, vitality, and overall health. It is equally popular for taking care of digestion. 60% of its volume is made up of ginger juice, which gives it a distinctly spicy taste. The distinctive taste of this shot is further underlined by sour lemon, which can tune the flavour of any drink to perfection.
Additionally, to balance out the overall flavour, we have added in some coconut water and honey to sweeten the final product. If you are looking for a more concentrated taste, it's best if you enjoy the shot on its own. But if the taste is too strong for you, you can mix it together with hot water and drink it instead of tea, which is especially useful during winter. Then, during the summer, you can mix it with ice-cold water to create a refreshing drink instead. You can also pour it into an ice cube tray, freeze it and then add it to your drink. Cheers!

Cold-press juicing technology
The cold pressing technology is a process used during juicing. Fruit or vegetables are pressed, which is quite different from the standard juicing method. A hydraulic press is used, which uses pressure to slowly and systematically juice the ingredients. This process differs from using rotary blades in that there is no heat being generated. Since heat destroys sensitive enzymes, nutrients, as well as the natural taste and colour, it is undesirable during the juicing process. When using blades, the residual fibres get into the final product. Cold pressing is the only juicing technology that uses the full potential of the ingredients while creating just a minimum of waste. During cold pressing, no air is allowed to get into the juice. Also, the juice is not whipped, no heat is generated, and all the nutrients, minerals, and enzymes remain in the juice because of this. There are no preservatives used in production, so the highlight of the final product is its pure ingredient profile.
