Branched chain amino acids (87%) (leucine, isoleucine, valine), natural flavour, acids (citric acid, malic acid), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), blue spirulina extract.
Mix 10 g with 400 ml of cold water and stir well. After stirring, wait approximately 10 - 15 seconds for the natural foam to settle and form a transparent drink.
