Micellar Casein is one of the so-called night proteins and contains 19 g of quality proteins in one serving. Micellar Casein is a source of BCAAs and contains minimum of fats and carbohydrates.
Micellar Casein is a night protein that contains slow-release proteins. During digestion its gradually broken down into amino acids over several hours. It is suitable for people who want to greatly enhance the maintenance and growth of muscle mass and prevent the catabolism of muscle proteins during sleep or prolonged starvation. Thanks to its easy and gradual digestibility, it guarantees the continuous availability of amino acids in the organism for the next few hours.
One scoop offers 19 g of quality proteins in the form of micellar casein with an outstanding amino acid profile, of which are only 0.5 g of fats, 4500 mg of BCAAs and 1 g of carbohydrates. Micellar Casein is unflavoured, contains no artificial sweeteners and comes in a practical resealable package.
Micellar casein, sunflower lecithin (1%). Contains milk.
Mix 1 scoop (24 g) with 200 - 250 ml of water, milk or your favourite juice. Stir thoroughly and drink once a day (usually before bed).
