Omega 3 High Strength are softgel capsules containing omega-3 fatty acids from quality fish oil. Each capsule contains 300 mg of omega-3, of which 120 mg is DHA and 180 mg is EPA. DHA is useful for promoting proper brain and vision function, along with EPA it contributes to the proper heart function.
Omega 3 High Strength is a quality source of omega-3 fatty acids from premium fish oil in the form of softgel capsules. Omega-3 fatty acids are among the healthy fats with a beneficial effect on human health. Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contributes to maintaining optimal brain function and good eyesight. However, this effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA. In addition, a daily dose of 250 mg EPA and DHA will support proper heart function. Each capsule of Omega 3 High Strength contains 300 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, with 180 mg of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 120 mg of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
